SOPRO Baseball pitching sessions incorporate fundamentals of body movements, arm care / development, as well as technical aspects of specific pitch grips and delivery. SOPRO uses HITTRAX technology in pitching sessions.

SOPRO's Arm Velocity Program is an essential for all athletes. With the focus on Throwing movement "patterns" as well as transitional mechanics, this Program is designed with just one goal: For each athlete to reach their fullest potential in terms of consistent Throwing velocity. Regardless of the position you play, consistent high velocity throws are an essential part of your development.

SOPRO's defensive training focuses on the overall athlete to develop fundamentally sound and physically advanced players.  Advanced fielding, transitional, and positional training sessions, along with more advanced technical training makes sure our athletes are string, competent defensive players

SOPRO Catching sessions focus on all aspects of the position including set up, framing, blocking, footwork, and throwing. SOPRO Uses HIttrax technology to help improve Catching metrics.
